This complete spare parts set includes Infineon FS series three-phase IGBT power modules and factory matched original Siemens gate driver boards, specially designed for Siemens SINAMICS S120, G130, G150 and Masterdrive 6SE70 series industrial frequency converters. Every FS IGBT module corresponds to an exclusive Siemens A5E OEM part number, and the supporting driver board is factory calibrated to perfectly drive FS series power chips.
These components are widely used for industrial equipment maintenance, after-sales replacement and mass procurement by drive system manufacturers. The FS IGBT modules adopt EconoPACK+ packaging with trench gate field-stop chip technology, available in 1200V low voltage and 1700V heavy duty high voltage versions, featuring low switching loss, stable thermal performance and extended service life.
